We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and experience. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, simply send us an email at help@dewrop.com within 10 days from the date of your purchase. Our customer service team will assist you personally.
*Dewrop does not accept returns for Order made product specially.
*Please order the product carefully because it is not possible to return the other products except for the TRIAL products.
*Shipping and return charges must be paid by the consumer, and shipping and return charges cannot be refunded.
If you receive a damaged item, please email help@dewrop.com with your order number, full name and an image of the damaged item and we will be more than happy to help resolve the issue for you.
